            "content": "<p>\n\tVoilà quasi 1 mois que la campagne est terminée et rien n'est initié pour la 2ème phase.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tDans votre mail du 1er mars, vous évoquiez que\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\tdésormais il y aurait un délai minimum de 3 semaines pour prévenir les résidents;\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tqu'Izi Confort devait vous donner la liste des équipements restant à contrôler\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tqu'une date devait être prise pour contrôler le conduit 3Cep de mon domicile\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n\tPas de nouvelles ni de votre côté ni d'Izi Confort.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tLe CS a collecté auprès des résidents et il y a une dizaine de chaudières qui n'ont pas été entretenues. Nous n'avons pas non plus de visibilité sur l'entretien (et le nombre) des conduits 3Cep.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe vous remercie de reprendre contact avec Izi Confort pour relancer le sujet. \n<\/p>\n",

            "content": "<p>\n\tLe CS vous a communiqué les réponses des résidents (cf. message ci-dessus), vous avez donc une photo claire de la situation.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tDans le CR ci-dessous, transmis par Citya au CS en date du 22\/02, il est mis en avant le contrôle effectif de 20 équipements et qu'il en reste 9 à contrôler. \n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe vous laisse voir avec IZI Confort quelles sont les chaudières encore à contrôler ; par différence, vous aurez ainsi la liste des résidents non prévenus.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tIl me semble utile de vous rappeler que c'est au Syndic de contrôler la bonne exécution du contrat Izi Confort ; le CS prend déjà largement sa part sur ce sujet et tant d'autres.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tDerniers points :\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\tIzi Confort devait vous signaler qu'il manque au moins une trappe dans le logement A001, pour vérifier le conduit 3Cep (c'est peut être le cas dans d'autres logements). Avez-vous eu l'info, que le CS vous a également signalé ? Je reviendrai vers vous avec les conclusions mais sachez d'ores et déjà que la seconde campagne a été aussi peu professionnelle que la première ; en vrac <span>:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\tun résident qui a eu un avis de passage l'informant d'un passage entre 16h et 18h ; le technicien s'est présenté à 14h, la personne était absente, et rentrée au plus vite, le technicien ne s'est jamais représenté ;\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tun autre résident dont la chaudière n'a pas été entretenue lors de la première visite, qui n'a pas reçu d'avis de passage pour la seconde et qui semble avoir été simplement oublié ;\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tune résidente qui croise le technicien, ce dernier lui indique qu'il ne doit pas passer chez elle alors qu'elle a eu un avis de passage ; elle finit par apprendre que le technicien avait comme adresse le 6 rue Simone de Beauvoir pour son logement\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\t....\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n",

J'évoquais avec elle le rendez-vous à venir pour faire le constat de l'absence de trappe et l'impossibilité de contrôler le conduit 3Cep du logement A001.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tMme Laurent semblait découvrir le sujet.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tElle a aussi spontanément évoqué le fait que cette trappe n'est plus du ressort de LH et que ce serait désormais aux copropriétaires de financer son installation.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tNous voilà de nouveau sur le point de devoir engager des frais car vous n'avez pas su faire respecter nos droits : la première campagne n'a pas eu lieu la première année, empêchant de constater l'absence de cette trappe dans les délais.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe vous remercie de nous faire parvenir 2 devis pour l'installation d'une trappe dans le logement A001.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tEnfin, nous attendons toujours les attestations d'entretien.\n<\/p>\n",

Ce mail date du 15 avril. Pas complètement étonnant que Mme Laurent l'ait oublié.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>\n\tReste que 6 semaines après la demande de Mme Laurent, aucun devis n'a été envoyé à LH pour faire avancer le sujet.
