Lors de notre échange en mars, le CS vous a fait remarquer, suite à la réception d'une facture pour l'entretien du matériel incendie ne concernant pas la résidence, que nous n'avions pas de contrat d'entretien.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tVous deviez nous faire parvenir 2 devis rapidement pour avancer sur ce sujet. \n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tNous n'avons reçu qu'un seul devis et à date, aucun contrôle du matériel n'a pu se faire.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe vous remercie de nous faire parvenir un second devis. \n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tUne fois reçu, le CS choisira une des 2 entreprises et il faudra organiser l'entretien.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe maintiens donc le sujet ouvert.\n<\/p>\n",

Intervenant pro et pédagogue. <span class=\"ipsEmoji\">👍<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tPrincipales informations <span>:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\tabsence de modules de secours dans les étages indiquant les portes vers les escaliers\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tcontrôle des 6 extincteurs\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tdans la mesure où la résidence est équipée du gaz, il faudra prévoir, quand les extincteurs seront périmés (5 ans) de les remplacer par des extincteurs A, B, C et F (actuellement ils sont seulement A, B et F)\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\til s'agit d'extincteurs à pression constante, moins chers à l'achat mais plus chers à maintenir. A revoir en 2027.\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tcontrôle des 11 modules de secours (et non 13)\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tun des modules dans le garage est cassé et va devoir être remplacé\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tdans le garage, changement du sens de fléchage pour certains pour orienter l'évacuation vers la porte de garage débrayable\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tcontrôle de l'exutoire de désenfumage : un lien, posé par des intervenants en toiture, entre la grille de protection et le dôme devra être coupé (action CS)\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tcontrôle du module de désenfumage\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tremplacement de la vis utilisée pour fermer le module, non conforme\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tle module contient 2 cartouches gaz (une en service, une en remplacement), celle de remplacement a été percutée et rangée vide, j'ai demandé son remplacement immédiat à l'intervenant\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tdans le garage\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tla norme prévoit 1 extincteurs pour 9 box fermés\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\til y 28 box mais seulement 2 extincteurs <span>: <\/span>préconisation d'ajouter un extincteur au lithium, efficace pour les feux de VE\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n\tEn synthèse\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\tun rapport doit vous parvenir, je vous remercie de bien vouloir le transmettre au CS à réception\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tla facture payée s'appuie sur 13 modules de secours alors qu'il y en a seulement 11 : avoir à réclamer\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tune facture va vous parvenir pour le remplacement d'une des cartouches gaz (pour simplifier voir pour déduire l'avoir de cette facture)\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tun devis doit vous parvenir pour\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tl'installation d'un nouvel extincteur dans le garage\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>\n\t\t\t\tle remplacement du module de secours défectueux\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n",
