            "content": "<p>\n\tPour votre information, Mme LAURENT de LH avait évoqué lors d'une visite à la résidence, qu'elle ferait le point avec son électricien pour voir si le remplacement du luminaire défaillant pouvait être pris en charge dans le cadre de la garantie biennale.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tAu final, l'électricien est intervenu et a remplacé le luminaire dans ce cadre.
