Ou l'installation d'un panneau d'affichage dans le hall d'entrée . Ou l'entretien des moquettes. Pour ne citer que ces interventions, toutes ont été prise en dehors de l'AG.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tDe votre côté, vous décidez unilatéralement de répondre défavorablement à ce sujet alors que vous savez que le Syndic est habilité à accepter des petits travaux.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe déplore ce changement de fonctionnement.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tPar ailleurs, je constate que les motifs d'indisponibilité se multiplient (reprenez vos messages sur ce forum) et acte de cette situation.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tEnfin, pour ratifier une décision en AG, encore faudrait-il qu'elle soit planifiée, ce qui n'est toujours pas le cas.\n<\/p>\n",
