            "content": "<p>\n\tL'entreprise SEMNOR est intervenue le 6 mai au sein de la résidence, pour l'entretien des pompes de relevage. Nous avons pu constater cette intervention par la pose d'un autocollant sur le boitier de commande des pompes. Mais nous n'avions aucune information au préalable concernant cette visite. J'en profite également pour signaler qu'un coup de balai aurait été le bienvenu à la fin de l'intervention.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tPouvez-vous nous indiquer comment l'entreprise est-elle entrée dans la résidence ? Est-elle passée au préalable pour récupérer un badge à votre agence ?\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tL'occasion de vous rappeler qu'il est impératif que les entreprises vous informent au préalable des interventions dans la résidence. Un membre du CS ne sera pas forcément présent à chaque fois mais cela permet de prévenir les résidents et si le CS est présent, de s'assurer de la bonne réalisation des travaux.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tUne résolution est prévue lors de la prochaine AG à ce sujet.\n<\/p>\n",
