            "content": "<p>\n\tJe suppose que vous n'avez reçu aucun retour ?\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tA défaut comment pouvons nous avancer pour régler ces désordres ?\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tA date je liste les problèmes suivants <span>:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<span>ampoule cassée dans un luminaire de la cage d'escalier entre le RDC et le sous-sol<\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<span>luminaire en sortie des appartements 205 et 206 qui ne détecte pas les résidents lorsqu'ils sortent de chez eux<\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<span>joints de certaines portes palières<\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<span>fuite d'un conduit en face du box<\/span> 25\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tfuite de l'évacuation de l'évier dans le local technique du sous-sol\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\trefixer correctement la prise dans le local technique du sous-sol\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n\tEt puis il y aura à venir l'installation de la prise au RDC (une fois l'expert passé), l'installation des amortisseurs de portes, ...\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tComment procédez-vous habituellement pour ces \"petits travaux\" ?\n<\/p>\n",

Ou d'attendre septembre, avec la période estivale, peut être que les entreprises ne sont pas intervenus avant les vacances suite à un planning chargé.. Elle prend contact avec BL Energie pour une intervention. Je serai contacté pour une prise de rendez-vous.\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tAu niveau du local technique au sous-sol, elle n'a pas prévu de relancer les entreprises concernées, mettant en avant un signalement trop tardif et hors GPA. Cela concerne la fixation \"hasardeuse\" de la prise (BL Energie) et la fuite de l'évier (HDF Chauffage).\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n\tPour ces deux problèmes, ainsi que la fuite du tuyau d'évacuation des pompes de relevage, j'aborde ce point avec les copropriétaires lors de notre prochaine réunion à venir pour voir comment régler ces sujets. Il s'agit de petits travaux et nous cherchons une solution pour éviter de faire venir un électricien et un plombier pour des choses aussi simples.\n<\/p>\n",

Un simple mail me paraît insuffisant.\n<\/p>\n",
