            "content": "<p>\n\tLe 25 juillet 2023, j'ai trouvé une plaque métallique dans le hall d'entrée, posée sur les boîtes aux lettres. Il s'agit d'une plaque utilisée habituellement pour les serrures à ventouse magnétique. Or il ne manquait pas de plaque sur les 2 portes du hall d'entrée.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJ'ai alors adressé un mail à M Vasseur et Mme Rafini (vous étiez en congés maternité) demandant des informations sur cette plaque. Je n'ai reçu à l'époque aucune réponse.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tOr cette plaque provient de la porte basculante du garage. En haut de celle-ci, il y a 2 ventouses. Quand on est à l'intérieur du garage, la ventouse de gauche ne fonctionne pas, seule celle de droite verrouille la porte.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe m'étonne que SMF n'ait pas perçu ce problème lors de ses visites d'entretien (au moins une en décembre 2023 d'après le carnet d'entretien).\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe vous remercie de leur demander d'intervenir pour rétablir le fonctionnement (sécurité assurée par les 2 ventouses). Et je suis étonné que SMF n'ait pas constaté son absence lors de leur dernière visite (décembre 23).\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe profite également de ce sujet pour poser une question.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJ'ai eu un long échange hier avec le CS d'une résidence voisine. J'ai appris qu'ils avaient un contrat avec SMF dans lequel le nombre d'interventions en cas de panne est \"infini\". Connaissez-vous ce type de contrat ? \n<\/p>\n",

Il m'a indiqué que la porte etait légèrement vrillée mais qu'il allait s'atteler à la remettre en état.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe viens de rentrer, la porte est fonctionnelle et la sécurité est désormais assurée par les 2 ventouses.\n<\/p>\n",
