Il m'arrivait quand même d'avoir l'info soit par les résidents soit par les copropriétaires directement.<\/p><p>De ce que j'ai comme info, communiqué par les résidents présents ce jour là<\/p><ul><li><p>pour le box 25, il a été évoqué la création d'un batardeau<\/p><\/li><li><p>Pour le box 18, il a été évoqué une reprise de la chappe. sur ce box, il y a également une reprise de la tranchée à faire pour que l'eau puisse rejoindre l'évacuation (actuellement il y a une pente ascendante).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Ma conviction c'est que ces travaux risquent d'être un peu légers; pour moi c'est toute la pente qu'il faudrait reprendre. Là, on risque surtout de déporter le problème sur les garages adjacents. Lors des dernières fortes pluies, le box 16 qui avait été épargné jusqu'à présent a également été inondé.<\/p><p>Bref, faisons cette première vague de travaux et attendons les prochaines averses.<\/p>",

            "content": "<p>Pardon je pensais que vous étiez déjà \"formé\" sur le sujet.<\/p><p>Dans le cadre d'un dossier déclaré en DO : <\/p><ul><li><p>si la société d'origine accepte d'intervenir sur son ouvrage, elle fourni un devis à l'expert DO<\/p><\/li><li><p>si le devis est accepté par l'expert, l'assureur adresse au syndic une proposition d'indemnité du montant du devis<\/p><\/li><li><p>si la proposition d'indemnité est acceptée par le syndic, ce dernier reçoit par virement le montant correspondant<\/p><\/li><li><p>le syndic valide le devis auprès de la société d'origine et règle la société dès que les travaux sont réalisés<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>N'hésitez pas si besoin d'informations complémentaires.<\/p><p><\/p>",

L'expert avait demandé à faire un batardeau. Mais Sylvagreg ayant demandé à pouvoir accéder au fond du garage, le résident a déplacé ses affaires et cela a permis de constater la présence d'un tuyau sortant du mur. Dans les autres box ayant le même tuyau, il y a une étanchéité qui est faite. Dans le box 18, rien. Quand on passait sa main, on sentait la terre. A l'intérieur de l'appartement il a repeint le plafond (1 couche) et le mur (2 couches). Il a repeint le mur intérieur (à droite de la fenêtre). Il a signalé que selon lui il y a avait le même problème à gauche. Les résidents ont déplacé leur penderie et en effet, problème identique. Ci-joint les photos pour une déclaration complémentaire.
