            "content": "<p>J'ai reçu ce jour M Anthony LENGLIN d'ASL Électricité.<\/p><p>A l'ordre du jour :<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Devis<\/strong> pour l'installation d'un décompteur pour l'ascenseur (cf. résolution n°30)<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Accès à la résidence<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>c'est actuellement la société DX Electricité qui gère les accès et nous constatons hélas un manque important de réactivité de cette entreprise.<\/p><\/li><li><p>le CS souhaite confier la gestion des accès à ASL Electricité<\/p><ul><li><p>A ce sujet je joins à cet échange deux fichiers évoqués avec M LENGLIN qui l'aideront à procéder au transfert<\/p><ul><li><p><a class=\"ipsAttachLink\" data-fileid=\"1028\" href=\"https:\/\/www.residence-alba.fr\/applications\/core\/interface\/file\/attachment.php?id=1028&amp;key=f436daffe3d06a12ad86b2a60902e180\" data-fileext=\"pdf\" rel=\"\">Badges Alba 20250605.pdf<\/a><\/p><\/li><li><p><a class=\"ipsAttachLink\" data-fileid=\"1029\" href=\"https:\/\/www.residence-alba.fr\/applications\/core\/interface\/file\/attachment.php?id=1029&amp;key=58bf505f5c3324257e3c7b4d681bcf06\" data-fileext=\"xlsx\" rel=\"\">Listing badges DX.xlsx<\/a><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p>M LENGLIN a également besoin d'une confirmation écrite de votre part avant de pouvoir procéder au transfert<\/p><\/li><li><p>Une fois effectué, nous referons une passe sur la base active pour vérifier qu'il n'y a pas un peu de \"ménage\" à faire<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p><strong>Luminaire parties communes<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Dans les étages, l'entreprise retenue par la promoteur a installé des luminaires bas de gamme<\/p><\/li><li><p>Nous avons fait jouer la période biennale à fond mais ce n'est plus possible<\/p><\/li><li><p>Les modèles sont difficilement trouvables en France et ne tiennent pas dans le temps (celui en panne au 2ème étage a déjà été changé 3 fois)<\/p><\/li><li><p>J'ai évoqué une autre solution avec M LENGLIN : remplacer le modèle actuel par un produit plus qualitatif, avec une garantie plus longue.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Il me confirme que c'est judicieux mais il faut remplacer l'ensemble des luminaires d'un étage, il va procéder à un devis à ce sujet<\/p><\/li><li><p>Nous pourrions procéder de la sorte au 2ème étage et garder le matériel utilisé en pièces de rechanges pour les autres étages<\/p><ul><li><p>Quel est votre avis à ce sujet ?<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>A votre disposition pour échanger<\/p>",

Paysage des Flandres possède seulement un Vigik qui n'ouvre que la grille d'entrée. Si d'autres sociétés disposent d'un badge, cela s'est fait sans que le CS soit informé.
