            "content": "<p>En pointant les comptes je note des anomalies concernant la prestation OTIS.<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Factures manquantes<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Tout d'abord, j'ai réclamé pendant des mois à Citya des factures manquantes et je ne les ai pas eues.<\/p><p>Il me manque les factures du 4ème trimestre 2024 et les 2 factures des premier et deuxième trimestres 2025.<\/p><p>Avez-vous moyen de réclamer un duplicata à OTIS ?<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Compte<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Dans les comptes de la copro, ne figure que le 3ème trimestre.
