            "content": "<p>La visite du technicien OTIS a eu lieu hier. Étant absent, c’est mon épouse qui l’a accueilli. Le technicien avait bien vu le mot lui demandant de sonner afin de récupérer le badge, mais il ne s’est pas présenté. C’est en entendant du bruit dans le couloir que mon épouse est sortie à sa rencontre.<\/p><p>Il a expliqué ne pas avoir sonné, indiquant qu’il ne souhaitait pas obtenir un badge mais un code. Son attitude a été très désagréable, précisant qu’ils étaient trois à intervenir et que l’échange d’un badge entre techniciens poserait, selon lui, des difficultés. Pourtant, M. Fouchy, le technicien à l’origine de la demande, avait bien sollicité un badge.<\/p><p>Il n’est évidemment pas question de rétablir un code d’accès, qui finirait par être connu d’un trop grand nombre de personnes.<\/p><p>Vous trouverez ci-dessous l’attestation de remise signée :<br><a class=\"ipsAttachLink\" data-fileid=\"1227\" href=\"https:\/\/www.residence-alba.fr\/applications\/core\/interface\/file\/attachment.php?id=1227&amp;key=5bbfc2637ce00019517c9b33963c0c7f\" data-fileext=\"pdf\" rel=\"\">Scanner 12 déc. 2025, 09.15.pdf<\/a><\/p><p>À noter enfin que la dernière visite datait du 6 octobre : il s’est donc écoulé neuf semaines et demie entre les deux interventions, soit bien au-delà du délai réglementaire de six semaines.<\/p>",

            "content": "<p>La visite du technicien OTIS a eu lieu hier. Étant absent, c’est mon épouse qui l’a accueilli. Le technicien avait bien vu le mot lui demandant de sonner afin de récupérer le badge, mais il ne s’est pas présenté. C’est en entendant du bruit dans le couloir que mon épouse est sortie à sa rencontre.<\/p><p>Il a expliqué ne pas avoir sonné, indiquant qu’il ne souhaitait pas obtenir un badge mais un code. Son attitude a été très désagréable, précisant qu’ils étaient trois à intervenir et que l’échange d’un badge entre techniciens poserait, selon lui, des difficultés. Pourtant, M. Fouchy, le technicien à l’origine de la demande, avait bien sollicité un badge.<\/p><p>Il n’est évidemment pas question de rétablir un code d’accès, qui finirait par être connu d’un trop grand nombre de personnes.<\/p><p>Vous trouverez ci-dessous l’attestation de remise signée :<br><a class=\"ipsAttachLink\" data-fileid=\"1227\" href=\"https:\/\/www.residence-alba.fr\/applications\/core\/interface\/file\/attachment.php?id=1227&amp;key=5bbfc2637ce00019517c9b33963c0c7f\" data-fileext=\"pdf\" rel=\"\">Scanner 12 déc. 2025, 09.15.pdf<\/a><\/p><p>À noter enfin que la dernière visite datait du 6 octobre : il s’est donc écoulé neuf semaines et demie entre les deux interventions, soit bien au-delà du délai réglementaire de six semaines.<\/p>",
