Ces deux factures ne comprennent qu'un caisson. \n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJ'ai demandé à BATISANTE d'annuler la facture de 203.92 HT puisque nous devons refaire les entretiens de deux nouveaux caissons.             "content": "<p>\n\tVoici mes remarques\n<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n\t<li>\n\t\tJe n'ai pas très envie de poursuivre avec une entreprise que nous \"supplions\" depuis des mois pour obtenir une régularisation d'une facturation abusive en 2023 ;\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tIdem pour le manque de sérieux au démarrage puisque malgré les informations transmises par vos soins, ils n'ont pas pris la peine de vérifier le nombre de moteurs à entretenir auprès du promoteur ;\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tJ'ai interrogé un ami président de son CS, il travaille avec Batisanté également et paye 557,35 €\/HT pour 7 caissons, soit environ 80€ HT\/caisson. La tarif proposé est donc très loin d'être avantageux (75% plus cher); nous sommes loin d'être \"gagnants\" \n\t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>\n\tPar conséquent <span>:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\tsoit Batisanté fait un effort <strong>significatif<\/strong> supplémentaire,\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tsoit il est temps d'interroger de nouveau Semnord et Sapian, les 2 autres sociétés pour lesquelles vous nous aviez proposé des devis lors de l'AG constitutive en 2022. Vérification faite d'ailleurs, l'écart entre les 3 devis de l'époque (Batisanté 180€\/HT, Semnord 330€\/HT, Sapian 336€\/HT) tient au fait que les 2 dernières sociétés proposaient un devis pour 3 caissons, elles.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n",

            "content": "<p>\n\tRestons sur SEMNORD.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tUne des résidences voisines a connu des problèmes avec ses moteurs VMC, inopérants pendant près de 18 mois. LH a mandaté plusieurs fois l'entreprise responsable de ce lot, cette entreprise n'a jamais su corriger le problème. Seule l'entreprise SEMNORD a su identifier le problème et le corriger.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tPar ailleurs, cette même résidence a déjà dû faire remplacer un des blocs et là aussi SEMNORD a fait preuve d'une grande réactivité.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tEnfin, c'est une des rares entreprises de la résidence qui remet ses CR rapidement et les accompagne de photos. A défaut de prévenir de leur intervention, c'est un palliatif qui permet de s'assurer de la réalité des travaux.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe vous laisse le soin de les informer ; il me semble que pour leur première visite, il serait judicieux que je puisse les accueillir pour leur montrer où se trouvent les caissons. N'oubliez pas de les informer que l'accès à 2 moteurs, présents sur des terrasses techniques, se fait par les toits et qu'il faut une échelle pour y accéder.\n<\/p>\n",
