Mais pas celles <span style=\"color:#1abc9c;\">en vert<\/span>, qui figurent aux comptes de la résidence. C'est donc bien la copro qui a payé les pénalités même si c'est LH qui a payé les factures.             "content": "<p>\n\t<strong>Sujet 1 : pénalités LH<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tJe n'avais pas vu que Mme Lesieur avait édité son message pour ajouter la PJ d'EDF.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\tEn l'état, LH a donc réglé pour le compte de la copro 3 factures <span>:<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<span>10159974916 pour un montant de 84,00€<\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<span>10162077802 pour un montant de 147,06€<\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<span>10164042659 pour un montant de 198,72€<\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n\t<span>soit un total de <span style=\"color:#3498db;\">429,78€<\/span>.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\t<span>Ces factures ayant été réglées en retard, des frais ont été réclamés par EDF <span>:<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<span><span>10169358675 pour un montant de 83,92€ (42,01€ + 41,91€)<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n\t<li>\n\t\t<span><span>10171125431 pour un montant de 41,97€<\/span><\/span>\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\n\t<span><span>soit un total de <span style=\"color:#f39c12;\">125,89€<\/span>. Ce montant a été réglé par la copro, les factures à partir du mois de mars 2023 ayant été transmises au syndic.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\t<span><span>Au final, EDF a remboursé ces frais à LH car c'était eux officiellement le client, Citya n'ayant souscrit un contrat pour l'électricité des parties communes qu'à compter du 12\/04\/2023.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\t<span><span>En synthèse, LH a réglé, à tort, un montant de 303,89€ (<span style=\"color:#3498db;\">429,78€<\/span> - <span style=\"color:#f39c12;\">125,89€<\/span>) mais a pu récupérer les pénalités grâce aux demandes répétées du CS, un comble. Mais au final, nous sommes donc \"gagnants\". Ce sujet est donc réglé.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\t<strong><span><span>Sujet 2 : pénalité Citya<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\n\t<span><span>Il reste néanmoins un problème sur la facture <\/span><\/span><span style=\"background-color:#ffffff; color:#353c41; font-size:14px; text-align:start\">10203427260 du 03\/07\/24, pour laquelle EDF applique suite à un retard de règlement de votre part. Sauf erreur de ma part, je n'ai pas constaté de rétrocession de la part d'EDF (demande faite dans ce sujet le 5 juillet à Mme Lesieur, sans réponse) ni de votre part sous forme d'une prise en charge.
