            "content": "<p>Merci pour le temps consacré à ce sujet, qui commence à devenir plus lisible.<\/p><p>La proposition transmise apparaît pour le moins <em>surprenante<\/em> : soit nous sommes propriétaires de ces compteurs (ce qui semble être le cas), soit nous en sommes locataires.<\/p><p>Dans cette logique, pourquoi une partie des coûts serait-elle supportée par la copropriété ? Et pourquoi ce serait à LH d’assumer ce paiement ?<\/p><p>L’assemblée générale se tenant la semaine prochaine, je propose d’inscrire ce point à l’ordre du jour afin d’en discuter avec l’ensemble des copropriétaires présents.<\/p><p>[EDIT] Au niveau du coût, il y a 27 compteurs dans la résidence (26 logements + celui pour le ménage). Le coût serait donc 1 976,40 € TTC. Mais comme Océa augmente son coût tous les ans, au final ce sera davantage.<\/p>",

            "content": "<p>Il est plus exact de préciser que vous auriez du être propriétaires des compteurs qui auraient dû être installés par LOGER mais que vous êtes locataires aujourd'hui des compteurs installés par OCEA à cause d'une erreur de CITYA en réalité qui n'aurait pas dû proposer un contrat de location\/entretien\/relève mais simplement demander à LOGER d'installer les compteurs prévus à la notice, et proposer uniquement un contrat de location\/relève.<\/p><p>On en parle à l'AG si vous voulez mais mon avis est le suivant : insister auprès de LOGER pour qu'ils prennent en charge la totalité des 1 903,20 euros TTC.<\/p>",
