Le 21\/01 dernier, j'envoyais un mail à @Thomas SIKORA<\/a> au sujet d'Izi Confort.<\/p>

J’en profite pour revenir sur la situation de Ronan (appartement 208), que j’ai relancé ce jour en l’absence de réponse de sa part.<\/p>

Son retour est édifiant : il a eu hier la visite d’un technicien Izi confort, qui a installé la pièce manquante et remis le document en pièce jointe.<\/p>

Encore plus surprenant : le technicien a indiqué que la chaudière serait intégralement vérifiée lors de la campagne d’entretien début mars !<\/p>

Je vous invite à faire un point rapidement avec Izi Confort. Il n’est en effet pas normal qu’une entreprise dont le contrat a normalement cessé fin décembre continue d’intervenir.<\/p>

Profitez-en pour savoir ce qui est prévu pour le remboursement de l’année dernière, vu que l’entretien n’a été effectué que partiellement.<\/p><\/div><\/blockquote>

Il y a du nouveau.<\/p>

Plusieurs résidents ont reçu des courriers pour la campagne d'entretien.... Pour certains en double. Et pour d'autres des SMS. Bizarrement, tout le monde n'a pas reçu ce courrier.<\/p>

A priori, les dates prévues sont le 27 février prochain (matin et après midi) ou le 2 mars. Ce qui veut dire que le 2 mars prochain, nous risquons d'avoir à la fois des techniciens IZI et MonChauffagiste qui vont se présenter : difficile pour les résidents de s'y retrouver !<\/p>

Que se passera-t-il si un résident laisse intervenir un technicien IZI ? La société réclamera-t-elle une facturation ?<\/p>

Je vous demande d'intervenir fermement auprès de l'entreprise pour :<\/p>

  1. faire cesser cette campagne qui n'entre dans aucun cadre contractuel (résiliation au 31\/12\/25)<\/p><\/li>

  2. obtenir une réponse écrite<\/u><\/strong> à la demande de suppression des coordonnées personnelles de tous les résidents \/ copropriétaires<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Pouvez-vous également me fournir, si vous jugez cela pertinent, une affichette que je mettrais sur la porte d'entrée de la résidence pour inviter les techniciens IZI CONFORT à ne pas intervenir ?<\/p>

      Aucune facture ne sera réglée à IZI CONFORT quoi qu'il en soit, l'erreur vient de chez eux.<\/p>

      J'attends une confirmation de l'annulation de cette campagne normalement dans la journée.<\/p>

      Je préparerai une affiche à mettre sur la porte d'entrée de la résidence pour inviter les techniciens IZI CONFORT à ne pas intervenir si nous n'avons pas de réponse.<\/p>

      Pensez-vous qu'il faille faire une information auprès des résidents pour leur rappeler que le contrat est bien chez Mon Chauffagiste et que Izi Confort a fait une erreur en programmant la campagne 2026 ? <\/p>

      Vendredi 27 février, un technicien s’est présenté à la résidence, et plusieurs occupants ont reçu des courriels signalant leur absence, les invitant à reprendre un rendez-vous.<\/p>

      Ce week-end, des SMS automatiques ont également été envoyés pour des interventions annoncées les 2 et 3 mars par Izi Confort.<\/p>

      Or, dans le même temps, la société MonChauffagiste intervient demain matin, puis à nouveau le 19 mars.<\/p>

      Lorsque certains résidents, informés via le forum, précisent au téléphone que le contrat avec Izi Confort est caduc et que les interventions doivent être annulées, les interlocuteurs de cette société semblent ne pas en avoir été informés.<\/p>

      Il est donc urgent que vous nous transmettiez les consignes à afficher sur la porte d’entrée à l’attention des techniciens Izi Confort afin d’éviter toute confusion supplémentaire.<\/p>
