            "content": "<p>Les travaux ont eu lieu ce jour (8h30 \/ 9h30) : les passages entre box ont été agrandis (entre les box 28, 29 et 30 et entre 13 et 14).<\/p><p>Je prends ici le pari que ça ne réglera pas le problème de fuites : les pentes des cunettes sont incorrectes à de nombreux endroits.<\/p><p>A noter également la présence de plus en plus importante de fissures dans la dalle du garage, propice à des remontées d'eau.<\/p><p>Pour finir, l'intervenant m'a montré un mail où vous faisiez part de votre étonnement quant aux travaux du jour (semblant entendre qu'il allait intervenir sur les mauvais box).<\/p><p>Il n'y a pas d'erreur, son intervention est liée au rapport d'expertise 26ZZQ105328 du 29\/01 dernier ; votre confusion vient probablement du fait que depuis, il y a eu de nouvelles demandes :<\/p><ul><li><p>un autre box (24) a été signalé mais l'expert n'est pas encore venu. Me confirmez-vous (cf. historique dans cette conversation) que le nécessaire a été fait pour ce box auprès de l'assureur ?<\/p><\/li><li><p>les box 17 et 18 font de nouveau le constat de fuite.
