Avez-vous un contact chez OTIS pour \"réveiller\" le ticket ouvert depuis lundi ?<\/p>

Le technicien intervenu samedi dernier m'avait indiqué que l'ascenseur s'était mis en sécurité car il avait détecté un choc sur les câbles.<\/p>

Il a néanmoins réactivé l'ascenseur car selon lui c'était un \"faux positif\", lié sans doute à une mauvaise utilisation de l'ascenseur.<\/p>

L'appareil a seulement 3 ans, il est vérifié toutes les 6 semaines (en théorie...), je suis étonné du peu de résistance de ces câbles si la panne est réellement liée à leur état.<\/p>

Sauf que depuis lundi soir, aucune nouvelle vérification n'a eu lieu. Si par malheur il manque en plus des pièces, nous sommes partis pour un ascenseur hors d'usage pour un long moment.<\/p>

Je viens d’avoir le directeur en ligne, les cables sont à remplacer, ils sont en commande sur-mesure. Ils n’ont pas de stock sur ces pièces.<\/p>

Ils espèrent une livraison courant de semaine prochaine, pour installation courant de semaine suivante. Je suis vraiment navré pour ce délai, j’ai bien entendu fait part de notre vive mécontentement auprès de Otis, ils font au plus vite.<\/p>

En parallèle, je vais de nouveau contacter Madame Alix pour qu’on se sépare rapidement de Otis.<\/p>
